The end is in sight for our walkers

Wednesday was a big day for Fiona and Jo who had to cover 19km in 20 degree heat to get to their next stop off point. Although, as Fiona says, the route has been “breathtaking, in more ways than one!” as they’ve been crossing some truly stunning countryside and farmland, as well as beautiful hJo and Fiona santiago walk hammersmith and fulham mindistorical sites such as the medieval arches at Melide. santiago charity walk mind trail

The last two days of the walk are set to be less arduous, however, with ‘only’ 9km to cover each day. Walking at a pace of about 3km per hour, Fiona estimates that (with breaks) this should take the pair around 3 ½ hours.

With the end goal now so near in sight, we’re sending Fiona and Jo extra strength for the final leg of their journey.
