Our Board of Trustees provide strategic guidance and direction; monitoring our deliverable outcomes and providing support to our CEO.
Jane is the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind and a member of the Network Futures Group for National Mind. Jane is also the Managing Director of Clarendon Consultancy Services Limited providing HR support services, a non-executive director of a property management company and a governor/ Vice Chair of Avonmore Primary School. Previously Jane was a partner in an international law firm and practiced as an employment lawyer for 25 years.
Tim Newton is Professor of Psychology and Consultant Health Psychologist at King’s College London and Guy’s & St Thomas’ Trust. A passionate advocate of patient centred care, he brings the Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow MIND board expertise in the evaluation of services for people facing difficulties with their mental health.
Claire is an experienced accountant working in regulatory reporting, currently at Goldman Sachs. She has previously worked for several large financial institutions, including Barclays. Claire joined Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind as a Trustee in July 2016 and brings her financial expertise to her role as our Treasurer.
Katherine Hattersley Greenish
Kat is a Philanthropy Manager at Cancer Research UK. Within two years she has raised over £1.5m for CRUK's life-saving research through major donor relationships. Before CRUK, Kat fundraised in the Arts & Culture sector at English National Opera, the London Philharmonic Orchestra and Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Across these jobs, Kat gained experience in individual giving and memberships, campaigns, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships and event fundraising.
Melanie is an experienced HR generalist, now focusing on leadership development at senior management and Board level, executive coaching and workplace mediation. She previously worked in Technology, Telecomms and entertainment but now works across most industry sectors.
Johnathan is an Origination Manager working in renewable energy. He has many years' experience and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. He has been a trustee of Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind since September 2016.
Raja is Head of Marketing at Google, leading marketing strategy and customer acquisitions for Google in the UK and Ireland. Raja studied engineering and after a couple of years as an Accenture consultant, he moved to Silicon Valley. A few years' later, he studied for an MBA, and worked in business development and marketing functions for London-based startups and corporates. He serves as digital advisor to a number of businesses, and regularly mentors startups. He has been a trustee of Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind since November 2016.
Nicola Labuschagne is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She worked as a clinical psychologist in the NHS for 16 years where her core work consisted of carrying out the assessment and treatment of complex cases, with a specialism in working with personality disorder. She has been employed as Clinical Manager of the Early Years Parenting Unit, Anna Freud Centre, since June 2011. The Early Years Parenting Unit is an assessment and treatment service for parents with personality disorders/difficulties and their under-5 children on the edge of care.
Duncan is a start-up founder working in education technology and advisor to other technology start-ups in advertising, robotics and aging. He has 3 years’ experience in commercial strategy consulting and holds a degree in Chemistry from Oxford University.
