Provides work placements of a few hours a week in ordinary workplaces. Work may be voluntary or there may be a small payment.

Project members do a wide range of kinds of work - office, retail, catering, library, school.

People attend a short work preparation course before starting a placement.

Regular support is provided and people are helped to move on into towards employment.
