The Minding community business project has been set up to enable people with mental health needs to work in paid employment. To achieve this we are placing volunteers through programmes of work experience by working on local projects such as redecorating community centres and supported housing projects
In addition, the Minding Community Business programme endeavours to support local SMEs and community groups through providing advice on mental health in the workforce and environmental efficiency by conducting environmental audits and improving premises through greening.
